Experience:

Mr. McLoud has accumulated 22 years of experience in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry. He fulfilled the role of Real Estate Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in the early 80's and was responsible for securing several locations throughout the Midwest. He then served as Director of Real Estate for Hy-Vee Food Stores and was responsible for developing site location strategies, conducting demographic research, coordinating construction and property management. Prior to establishing McLoud & Company, he served as Vice President of Leo Eisenberg Company, Inc. He was in charge of the Springfield, Missouri office and was responsible for the development, leasing and management of a portfolio of approximately 850,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Experience:

Mr. Meyer has been with McLoud & Company since 2004 as Property Manager and also assisted with leasing, selling and listing commercial real estate. Prior to that he accumulated 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, management and operations in the broadcast industry. He fulfilled the role of Director of Programming, production and public information at Ozarks Public Television in the mid-80’s through the mid-90’s and was responsible for scheduling, promotions and community relations. He also has news and sports experience with television stations KOLR-10 and KDEB and sales experience with two Springfield Radio Station groups.
