Experience:

| Mr. McLoud
has accumulated 22 years of experience in various aspects
of the commercial real estate industry. He fulfilled the
role of Real Estate Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in
the early 80's and was responsible for securing several
locations throughout the Midwest. He then served as Director
of Real Estate for Hy-Vee Food Stores and was responsible
for developing site location strategies, conducting demographic
research, coordinating construction and property management.
Prior to establishing McLoud & Company, he served as
Vice President of Leo Eisenberg Company, Inc. He was in
charge of the Springfield, Missouri office and was responsible
for the development, leasing and management of a portfolio
of approximately 850,000 square feet of office and retail
space. |

management and operations in the broadcast industry. He
fulfilled the role of Director of Programming, production
and public information at Ozarks Public Television in the
mid-80’s through the mid-90’s and was responsible
for scheduling, promotions and community relations. He also
has news and sports experience with television stations
KOLR-10 and KDEB and sales experience with two Springfield
Radio Station groups. |
